The HAAUS.5 Plan Set forms part of PLANNED by HAAUS and SDC Building Design and is based on a previously built home. It is provided as a design and documentation resource and is not site specific to your property.
Before construction, the drawings must be reviewed, adapted and certified by your licensed building designer, architect, engineer, certifier or relevant consultant for your site, soil conditions, orientation, applicable building codes, council requirements and construction method.
As part of this purchase, HAAUS and SDC Building Design do not provide site specific engineering, certification, town planning or building advice. Commercial or repeat build licensing is available by application.
