Shipping Policy

This policy is provided for general information. HAAUS recommends independent legal review.

HAAUS. Pty Ltd sells digital products and interior design services. We do not ship physical goods, so there is no postage, freight or delivery address involved in your purchase.

1. Digital delivery

  • Access is provided immediately after payment is confirmed.
  • A download link is also sent to the email address you provide at checkout.
  • You can access your files at any time from your account dashboard, where an account has been created.
  • Delivery is instant in most cases. If you have not received your download link within 30 minutes, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.

2. File format and access

  • Most products are delivered in PDF format. Where a different format applies, it is stated on the product page.
  • Some files may require specific software or apps to open. Please check the product page for any requirements before purchasing.
  • Download links do not expire, but we recommend saving a copy of your files somewhere safe.

3. Interior design services

Interior design consultations and related services are booked and delivered separately from the online shop. Location, format and any travel arrangements are agreed at the time of booking. See our Services and Bookings pages for more information.

4. Failed or delayed downloads

If you experience issues downloading your files, please:

  1. Check your internet connection and try refreshing the page.
  2. Ensure you are logged into the correct account where one has been created.
  3. Contact us at admin@haaus.com.au with your order number and we will send the file to you directly.

5. International customers

Because all products are digital, there are no international shipping fees, customs charges or delivery times to consider. Purchases are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Your local consumer protections still apply.
