Thank you for shopping with HAAUS. PTY LTD. Since our products are digital and delivered electronically, we follow a strict no-refund policy in most cases. Please review our terms below:
1. NO REFUNDS ON DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a file has been downloaded, we cannot issue refunds, returns, or exchanges.
2. EXCEPTIONS FOR REFUNDS
Refunds may be considered in the following situations:
- Duplicate Purchase – If you accidentally purchased the same product twice, contact us within 5 days with proof of the duplicate transaction.
- Corrupt or Defective File – If the file is corrupted or not functioning as described, we will provide a replacement. If we are unable to fix the issue, a refund may be issued.
- Incorrect File Delivered – If you receive the wrong product, we will send the correct file or issue a refund if the correct file is unavailable.
3. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND OR ASSISTANCE
If you believe you qualify for a refund or need support, please follow these steps:
- Contact our support team at admin@haaus.com.au within 5 days of purchase.
- Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting evidence (e.g., screenshots).
- We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
4. CHARGEBACKS and DISPUTES
Initiating a chargeback or dispute without contacting us first may result in a ban from future purchases. We encourage customers to reach out so we can resolve any issues amicably.
