Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping with HAAUS. Since our products are digital and delivered electronically, we follow a strict no-refund policy in most cases. Please review our terms below:

1. No Refunds on Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a file has been downloaded, we cannot issue refunds, returns, or exchanges.

2. Exceptions for Refunds

Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

  • Duplicate Purchase – If you accidentally purchased the same product twice, contact us within 5 days with proof of the duplicate transaction.
  • Corrupt or Defective File – If the file is corrupted or not functioning as described, we will provide a replacement. If we are unable to fix the issue, a refund may be issued.
  • Incorrect File Delivered – If you receive the wrong product, we will send the correct file or issue a refund if the correct file is unavailable.

3. How to Request a Refund or Assistance

If you believe you qualify for a refund or need support, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at admin@haaus.com.au within 5 days of purchase.
  2. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting evidence (e.g., screenshots).
  3. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

4. Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or dispute without contacting us first may result in a ban from future purchases. We encourage customers to reach out so we can resolve any issues amicably.
