This is the filming foundation the rest of the Academy is built on. Each exercise ends with one faceless post, so you are never asked to speak or appear on camera, and none of them takes longer than half an hour.

Who it is for

You have a phone and an Instagram account and you have not posted, or you post and the footage never looks the way you wanted. You would rather not be on camera yet.

What you need

Your phone, Instagram installed, a window, and fifteen to thirty minutes per exercise. Allow thirty to forty five minutes for the one off phone setup.

A note on the settings pages

The detailed screens are iPhone, because that is what we film on. Android menus differ by brand, so we give you the matching principles and the setting names to look for rather than one screen path that will not exist on your phone.
