Which document applies

Our Terms and Conditions cover the website plus our services. Our Digital Products Terms cover anything you download. If the two ever say different things about a digital product, go by the Digital Products Terms. Refunds for digital products are dealt with in our Returns and Refunds Policy.

Nothing in any of these documents excludes, restricts or modifies any right, guarantee or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
